Looking to boost your game and your heart rate? Join us for Cardio Pickleball—a high-energy class designed to improve your endurance, agility, and pickleball performance through targeted conditioning, skill-building drills, and fast-paced group play.
This program is suitable for novice players and above. Participants should have prior experience playing pickleball and be comfortable with the rules and basic gameplay.
