Have questions about how to start a research practice within your organization? Curious about what a job in user research is really like? Join us for an AMA with Gregg Bernstein. In his book, Gregg captures the day-to-day of the practice of user research—what it looks like to work with peers and stakeholders, to raise awareness of research, to make tradeoffs, and to build a larger team. He'll share the story about how the book came together and then answer your questions.
