[Hybrid] University of Central Florida Web Showcase & DOUX Social

Join DOUX for this hybrid social event, where The University of Central Florida’s Digital Media undergraduate web design students will be presenting their capstone projects which include prototypes and fully functioning versions of both web and mobile applications. Projects include innovative applications, reimagining of social platforms and more.

Participants will be welcome to socialize and see the group projects which students have been working on in their final year of the program. The web design track includes coursework that spans development and design, and includes topics such as User-Centered Design, Accessibility, Client and Server programming as well as mobile development with React Native.

Reminder: Remote participation is welcome.

For those in person, light refreshments and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.

Hosts/Instructors
Associate Instructor Dan Novatnak, teaches the capstone course this semester, and Associate Professor John T. Murray also teaches courses in the program, including no and low-code development this semester.

Parking
Parking is available either as a virtual permit in the two nearby UCF garages ($5 a day), or at the numerous parking meters along nearby streets. There is currently a promotion for 2 hours free via a code on ParkMobile.
