In a world where data is king, how do you make sense of the noise and harness it to better serve your users?

This month at DOUX, Cesar Escobar, UX Adjunct Instructor at Valencia Community College, presents a practical, low-effort way to analyze raw qualitative data with user journey mapping—focusing on understanding, synthesis, and insight rather than polished deliverables or complex tools.

Learn to turn unstructured research—interview notes, surveys, observations—into a clear user narrative. Mapping directly from raw data helps spot patterns, pain points, and opportunities for action.

Designers, product managers, researchers, educators, and other cross-functional team members are invited; Cesar will show how prioritizing thinking over tools lets journey mapping connect research to decisions.
