About us
We meet regularly every month, usually twice a month, with a mix of casual meetups and deeper strategy sessions. The first gathering is all about catching up, sharing wins and losses, and diving into current events shaping the markets. The second is a bit more focused, where we break down trading patterns, test forecasting models, and sometimes host member led workshops. Life gets busy, so we keep the schedule flexible and always send out reminders a week ahead so you can plan accordingly.
Respect and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do. We believe the best insights come from a diversity of perspectives, so we make space for beginners and seasoned traders alike. If a conversation gets heated, we pause and reset no ego, no grudges. We listen more than we speak, and we call things out gently when needed. This isn’t a space for showboating or gatekeeping; it’s for learning together, respectfully and openly.
The group started because a few of us kept running into each other on Polymarket, making similar bets, asking the same questions. We realized there was no real local community to talk through trades or test ideas with people who actually understand the space. So we decided to build one. The goal was simple: create a place where curiosity about prediction markets isn’t just accepted but celebrated, where you can geek out on probabilities and policy shifts without explanation.
Absolutely, we encourage connections some of our closest collaborators came from casual chats after a meetup. That said, we’re not a sales floor. If you’re looking to pitch a product or recruit for a startup, do it thoughtfully and only after you’ve contributed to the group. But if you’re looking for a trading buddy, feedback on a model, or just someone to debrief after a wild market swing, this is the place to make those real, professional relationships.
If you’ve ever second guessed a trade, wondered if your forecast was off, or just wanted to talk through an upcoming event with people who get it, come join us. You don’t need to be a quant or a full time trader just curious, open minded, and ready to engage. We’re building something special here: a community where ideas are shared freely, mistakes are part of the process, and everyone has something to teach. Bring your questions, your strategies, and your passion. This is where your next insight might begin.
