Toastmasters Meeting

All meetings going forward will be hybrid.

Due to ongoing online harassment by online troublemakers, we are implementing stricter rules on new guests. The Zoom link will only be given if:

1. You are introduced by a member. Or
2. You have passed a Q&A with a club officer. This will help us determine if this club is the right fit for you. Please message Alvin for details.
3. Late comers are also not allowed into the online meeting. No one allowed into the meeting after 12:15 PM.

We will now also be conducting meetings in-person at our old location, the Gas Company Tower, 2nd Floor. The rules are as follows:

1. Guests will need to notify us in advance that they are attending via the in-person location. Let us know by Thursday 11:00 AM. We'll be sending your names to Security. You will need to show Security your Identification and it will need to match your provided name. Please message Alvin for details.
2. Arrange your own transportation. We do not cover parking fees.
3. Arrive early or on time. No one will be let into the meeting after 12:15 PM. If I'm the one setting up, I'll be up in the room by 11:45 AM.
4. If you feeling sick, do not come in-person.
5. Please wear a mask until your turn to speak at the podium.
