
What we’re about
This group is for everyone, and of all abilities. If you are walking your first 5k to doing an Ultramarathon or Ironman, this is for you to work out and get stronger, faster, and more importantly, heathier.
Training sessions do start early, and for some activities, you need a Planet Fitness and YMCA of Bucks county membership, but for others, its a great time to meet up and get healthier.
There are no fees at any event, and each event will be a meet and greet, warm up, then do the workouts. Afterwards, a recap and discussion on the workout :)
Who am I? I am an Ironman (2.4 Mile Swim, 112 Mile Bike, and 26.2 Marathon run), and Ultramarathoner (50k training for a 100 mile run at Eastern States) . I lost 70lbs through these workouts, and know questions and beginner nervousness. I also can go the distance for the long haul athletes :)
