Hello all! - Yep, 4:30 AM is right. A good run/Jog or walk gets the heart beating first thing and sets good endorphins for the day.

The routes are simple with slight up and down grades, but not a serious climb. I will be doing a 5k (3.1 miles) as a recovery run at 12-minute pace. See photos for routes. The route can easily be cut down for smaller distances.

Bring a headlamp if you have one or flashlight, but the course is well lit.

I will be at the YMCA parking lot at 4:15 in a blue truck. If you are not a member, there is street parking and parking at the high school. I will have water.
