Hello beautiful souls,

This group’s purpouse is to support each other on the path of healing and/or transformation using Dr. Joe Dispenza teachings and to stay informed about Dr. Joe's events in Switzerland.

I am one of the true enthusiasts of Dr. Joe, recovered myself from my burnout 2 years ago using ideas of his teachings and wider application of neuroscience knowledge. I have debarked on Master’s degree studies of Cognitive Neurocience (1 year passed already) after 20 years in banking in Geneva (in Credit Risk Management as a mandate holder) and made a full life transformation (and left the bank). Trust me my analytical mind was critically assessing what Dr. Joe says - a few pertinent generalisations for uninvolved people to understand neuroscience better - the rest is in line with what I have studied so far. I have done a 2-day advanced retreat beginning of this year and now going to a 7-day long retreat in August.

⭐ What is a walking meditation?
For those who are new to this practice, Dr. Joe walking meditation is not about relaxation, mere presence or visualization as a goal.

It is an opportunity to:
✨ cultivate elevated emotional states
✨ hold clear intention
✨ maintain coherence while moving and interacting with your environment
✨ to ultimately become a stable high frequency carrier in motion so reality naturally reorganizes in response.

Dr. Joe explores elevated emotion, clear intention, coherent signal. Walking adds an important dimension:
bringing these states into action, rather than remaining still.
Many people can feel elevated while sitting.
Very few can walk, decide, and act from that state.
Walking invites you to explore what it means to carry that state into movement and daily life.
