Join in a Dr. Joe Dispenza book discussion and meditation group for "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself," starting February 9th. We will be meeting each Sunday at 6 pm EST via a ZOOM link for each of the 14 chapters of Dr. Joe's first teaching book. (13 sessions) We will discuss each chapter for 1 1/2 hours, take a break, and then do the meditation for 45-60 mins, followed by a general discussion. The ZOOM app link will be opened to everyone who RSVP in Meetup each week.
