Join a Dr. Joe Dispenza meditation and book discussion group for "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself," starting February 20th. We will meet each Sunday at 6 pm in a ZOOM link for each of the 14 chapters of Dr. Joe's first teaching book named above, excluding Valentine's Day and Easter. (13 sessions) We will do a Dr. Joe meditation for 45 minutes, then discuss each chapter for 1 1/2 hours. The ZOOM app link will be available to everyone who RSVPs each week of the meet.
