Chapter 11, "Space-Time and Time-Space."

Dr. Joe teaches that many people can reach high states of consciousness while sitting with eyes closed, but quickly lose that state once they return to routine tasks. The walking meditation bridges that gap by combining standing and walking postures with heart-centered focus, breath, and intentional movement. Its purpose is to help practitioners embody their future state—to literally “walk into” a new electromagnetic frequency of being—so that the energy of their future is maintained in motion throughout the day. As awareness, emotion, and physical movement become unified, one learns to live as the new self, radiating coherence in every step.

We will meet for up to 3 hours each Sunday starting at 6 pm CST and discuss one chapter for each meeting.

The chapter discussion is led by Ray Dwyer for the first hour will be a Dr. Joe guided meditation, followed by an hour and a half chapter discussion. Please ask questions and share with us so this is a discussion, not a lecture. We are students, too.

Prepare your Zoom room space for meditation. Remove distractions from the space, dogs, family members, food aromas, etc.

This is Dr Joe's most advanced book, and it is suggested that you have some experience with his work and meditations. If you are willing to jump into the deep end, you can join us. The water is great.
