How do we personalize both emerging scientific concepts and age-old wisdom to succeed at living a more enriched life? By understanding how your brain works, you can learn how to unlearn negative habits and emotions, eliminate self-destructive behaviors, rewire your brain with new thoughts and beliefs, heal your body, and create new results in your life.

Join in a Dr. Joe Dispenza book discussion and meditation group for "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself," starting February 15th. We will meet each Sunday at 6 pm in a ZOOM link for each of the 14 chapters of Dr. Joe's first teaching book, named above, excluding Valentine's Day and Easter. (13 sessions) We will have a meditation for 45 minutes, discuss each chapter for 1 1/2 hours, followed by a general discussion. The ZOOM app link will be available to everyone who RSVPs each week of the meet.

Learn how neuroplasticity and epigenetics are the keys to changing your destiny, how understanding different brain wave patterns can demystify meditation, how to create a new personality and new personal reality, the common thread underlying spontaneous remissions, and much more!

Joining this MeetUp book group requires your email for notifications and reminders. Select RSVP this week, and for each week you plan to attend. The Zoom link will open to everyone on the MeetUp RSVP list.

This week, in Chapters 9 and 10, we begin PART III, Stepping Toward Your New Destiny.
And we discuss chapter nine, 9, " The Meditative Process: Introduction and Preparation."

"All the information you have received up to this point has been intended to help you understand what you will be doing in the section as you learn how to use the meditative process to create a new reality" (p. 219).

Chapter 10, "Open the Door to Your Creative State," is an introduction to Body-Part Induction meditation. "So, in this Induction, as you rest your awareness on different parts of your body in space and the space around your body in space, you're using your cerebellum to perform this function". p.233
