Healing Dragons Practice

RSVP for practice is required. If you can not attend practice, please make sure to update your RSVP.

Practice Schedule:

• 6:15 pm - mandatory warm up near the shore.
• 6:30 pm - at the shore ready to board the boat.
• 7:30 pm - return to the shore.

Bring water bottle, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Wear shoes that won't slip in a wet boat and closed toe shoes are preferred.

If you are a potential new member a guest waiver is required and will allow you to paddle with our team 2 times. We have paddles and PFDs for you to use if you don't have your own. You can than join our team by filling out a membership form and paying a $100.00 membership fee.
