Documentary Film Presentation: The Sacred Run, the lotus and the feather

Details
Normally, I host Sister Circles and FREE Masterclasses for women but this is a special event to present a documentary film that I produced and directed on the 80th commemoration year of the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
I’m honored and excited to invite you to a special virtual screening of my documentary film,
✨ The Sacred Run, the Lotus and the Feather
on Wednesday, August 6, from 7:30–9:30 PM EST on Zoom.
This deeply moving and poetic film follows First Nation leader Dennis Banks, along with indigenous elders from North America and Japan, and volunteers from 14 countries, as they embark on a sacred 4,000 km ceremonial run that concludes in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Rooted in Native wisdom and interwoven with Japanese spiritual traditions, this diverse group—runners of all ages and backgrounds—carried a simple, powerful message across the land and sea:
🌍 All Life is Sacred.
Set against the backdrop of a world still facing the dangers of nuclear escalation and environmental destruction, this film is both a remembrance and a beacon. It’s a visual prayer for peace, a call to unity, and a reminder that the transformation of one soul can ripple outward to touch the whole world.
“The Sacred Run, the Lotus and the Feather” is a stunning, inspirational portrait of what becomes possible when we walk with purpose, honor our ancestors, and come together across borders in the spirit of healing and hope.
💬 Praise for the Film:
> “I hear everywhere, ‘Sure, I want peace—but how?’
> This film provides a map, a marvelous map indeed! Take your passion for peace, sprinkle it with your interests and culture in a way that seduces others around the world to join in and embrace the love of all people, everywhere. Spread the word!”
> — Patch Adams, MD, Founder of the Gesundheit Institute
> “Few videos or films capture my attention as did Andrea Sadler's film—not only because of the subject matter but because of how it was filmed and edited. I'm anxious to see her next project!”
> — Dennis Banks, AIM Leader, Co-Founder of The Sacred Run
> “One of the most inspiring, powerful, awesome depictions of a sacred journey of hope, love, and beauty.”
> — Pamela Rickenbach, Founder of Equiculture
