We are living in a time that feels deeply unsettling.
Many of us wake up each day to headlines that shock us.
Stories that break our hearts.
Decisions that leave us feeling angry, afraid, or powerless.
It can feel like the ground beneath us is shifting.
You may notice:
• A tightness in your chest
• Trouble sleeping
• Constant mental replay
• A nervous system that feels on edge
• Waves of grief or outrage
You are not imagining it.
This is a lot.
And while we may not be able to control what is happening in the world, we can learn how to steady ourselves within it.
This 5-day experience is about exactly that.
Not bypassing.
Not pretending everything is fine.
But learning how to stay grounded and clear even when we feel triggered.

Each Day You’ll Experience:
Breathwork to regulate and calm your nervous syste
Guided meditation for steadiness, clarity, and inner peace
Gentle movement to release stored stress from the body
Practical mindfulness tools you can use in everyday life
Satsang — spiritual discussion, conscious reflection, and heart-centered guidance
Supportive connection in a safe, welcoming community

At the end of our 5 days plus bonus day, you’ll be invited to continue inside my 8-week meditation journey beginning the week of March 16.
