Weekly Buddhist Meditation Service, Topic: Living With Uncertainty
Details
How do live peacefully when the world is ever-shifting under our feet—when things that we once thought we could count on don’t seem to hold true? Tonight, we discuss this from a Buddhist perspective, and see if there isn’t some things that remain to be true, even when all else appears to be falling away.
FYI: Most attendees do not RSVP to our weekly services. We typically have from 10—20 attendees each week.
Join members the Dragonfly Sangha each Monday evening at 6:30pm in the undercroft of Mount Calvary Episcopal Church for a weekly Buddhist meditation service as we seek to find peace in our hearts, connect with the world around us, and discover meaning during challenging times.
Each service includes a brief liturgy and talk based on the teachings of the Buddha, followed by an offering of incense and meditation.
Open to all faiths and backgrounds, join us as we come together in celebration of inner peace, loving-kindness, joy, and compassion.
