Description
Earth's Mightiest Heroes face and unexpected threat. This time though it's not from an alien invasion or trans-dimensional doppelgangers, but from a group of rowdy upstarts on their own turf: The Thunderbolts*, a covert team of reformed villains and government sanctioned anti-heroes, mobilized by Director Valentina deFontaine.

A clash over ideology has turned into a descent toward global catastrophe. As the tensions mount, will you diffuse the conflict, or pound the other side into submission?
