Louvre: gallery Campana

This part of the museum is so deserted that it feels like a secret room! And yet, it’s a collection of fantastic treasures of a unique beauty: black vases with bright yellow and orange figures of the greek mythology.

Perfect to draw with sanguine or pastels on black paper

Bring your own material, paper and pencils, charcoals, pastels, as you see fit. No water, no paint as per the museum's policy.

A small stool is recommended so you can sit anywhere you want and choose your own point of view.

The museum entrance is not free. I recommend the relatively cheap annual pass at Amis du Louvre, which also allows you to skip the line.

I suggest a start time at 1:30pm, if you are late, no worries, you know where to find us!
We usually go to a nearby cafe afterwards.
