This intentional workshop blends gentle yoga, guided meditation, and mindful drawing to help you unwind, regulate your energy, and tap into creativity, no experience needed. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, creatively stuck, or just craving a slower pace, this is your space to breathe, move, and make without pressure.
We’ll begin with grounding movement and breathwork, ease into a guided meditation, and then transition into a simple, intuitive drawing practice designed to quiet the mind and open creative flow.
All skill levels are welcome, this is about process, not perfection.
