Draw outside the Hirshhorn Museum

Let's meet under the Hirshhorn Museum! There are benches or places to sit, and plenty of shade. The architecture is interesting and there's plenty to draw there. There's a tulip event happening and though there's a fee to get in, chances are good that we'll be able to see them from outside of the barrier.
