Portrait Drawing (3 sessions)

3 sessions - Thursdays August 6, 13, and 20, 6:30-9:30pm

In this course, students will learn the fundamentals of portrait drawing from the initial block-in
stage to creating a final developed image. Katya will walk through the principles of
beginning a portrait, followed by basic form rendering. This course focuses on anatomy, structure, likeness, and precision of materials to create a confident drawing with visual expression.
