Join Drawing Northern Virginia for a warm and relaxed afternoon of creativity at Foundation Coffee! Sip your favorite drink, enjoy the cozy atmosphere, and work on your art alongside fellow local creatives.

This is a casual social meetup — not a class, and there will be no instruction. Just bring what you love to draw or paint with, settle in, and create at your own pace.

☕️ What to Expect
This is a relaxed, social art meetup — no pressure, no expectations, just time to create and connect. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned artist, you’re welcome to draw, paint, or sketch whatever inspires you.

Agenda:

• 1:00 PM — Arrive, grab a drink, and find a seat
• 1:10 PM — Set up your materials and settle in
• 1:15 PM – 3:00 PM — Art time, conversations, and good vibes
• 3:00 PM — Wrap up (optional group photo!)

Feel free to come late or leave early — we’re flexible!

🖌 What to Bring

• Sketchbook or drawing paper
• Pencils, pens, markers, or charcoal
• Watercolors or gouache (small setups only, no mess)
• iPad or tablet for digital drawing
• Any art supplies you love!

How to find us
We’ll be inside Foundation Coffee, either at a shared table or in one of the seating areas. We’ll post an update in the comments on the day of the event if we end up using a meeting room or a different spot inside. Look for sketchbooks and art supplies — or feel free to message if you’re unsure!
