Magical World of Dreams
(Weekend workshop, benefit for Japan tsunami & earthquake)
July 9 (Sat) & July 10 (Sun) 11am - 5pm
Dreams are like precious gifts you receive nightly. They give you the map of your inner world, answer your questions, give you guidance, and show you the wisdom and power that you didn’t know you had. Exploring dreams is not about being dreamy. On the contrary, I believe it wakes us up to more conscious and vibrant living.
In order to understand dreams, we need something that takes us beyond our everyday mind, something other than dream dictionaries. In this weekend workshop, we will be diving deeply into the world of dreams by using art, music, and body awareness/movement. We will also learn and practice how to catch and unfold ‘dream-like’ moments we encounter during waking hours. We will then work on how to bridge the learning with different areas of life, such as relationship and work.
Our planet is going through a massive shift right now and so are many of us. Learning dream work will help us dance creatively and dynamically with what life brings and make this crucial period an opportunity for personal and collective transformation.

o Basics of dream work
o Unfolding dreams and finding your power through mask making, body awareness and drumming
o Catching dream-like experiences in your body, synchronicities, day dreams, relationship moments, accidents, and world events

o Integration; how to use dream work to solve problems and transform your personal, relationship, professional, community, and spiritual lives.
