Experience the energy and heritage of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter with their FREE annual Summer Festival. Enjoy live music and performances, independent makers markets, demonstrations, arts and heritage tours and a Jewellery Quarter themed miniature golf course.
Music festival and market in St. Paul's Square, mini golf in the Golden Square, dance hub on Vittoria Street and catacomb tours in the cemeteries. Plus special events happening all over the Jewellery Quarter - including a music trail, art workshops, exhibitions and open days.

Meeting point will be at Actress and Bishop (1-1.30pm) after which we will most likely be scattered so get there early!!. There will be lots of free workshops and music events going on so most likely will group together with ppl wanting to check out similar things and then meet up for the live music at St Paul's Square which goes on until 7pm.

St. Paul’s Square, B3 1QZ - The music festival at St. Paul's Square returns for the 4th time, taking place throughout the afternoon and into the early evening. Celebrating with a special outdoor event within the picturesque St. Paul's Square with a whole host of bands playing live music, accompanied by local food and drink from around the square. The monthly JQ Artisan Market will also be taking place on St. Paul's Square from 10am - 3pm, where you can shop with artisans, makers and creators from across Birmingham.

Golden Square Vyse St, B18 6NF - Something new for 2024 – a Jewellery Quarter themed mini golf course! Each of the 9 holes is inspired by the local architecture, history and businesses for a truly unique playing experience. Fun for all ages, this activity is free to take part in, but at busy times you may need to wait for a turn. No need to watch the British Open, you can have your own tournament!

Also, Brazilian Cultural Centre Performance 1.30pm – 1.45pm | FREE Flash mob style Capoeira performance bringing together dancers from Birmingham and around the UK. Experience Brazil in the JQ with the dance-like martial art of Capoeira, performed to the accompaniment of call-and-response choral singing and percussive instrumental music.

The Jointworks - Birmingham Design and Friends will be hosting a market with over 20 local designers, illustrators and makers, plus free drop-in workshops. The Market is free entry and runs from 10am - 3pm. Around the Quarter there's so much to see and do across the Quarter this year including the new dance hub on Vittoria Street, workshops at The Hive, building tours and showcases at the School of Jewellery, catacomb tours in the cemeteries, a music trail across the JQ with staff and students from Academy of Contemporary Music and lots of businesses putting on special events.
