Hey! 👋 It’s Sam.
Ever wanted to make massive 2L jars of kimchi? Now’s your chance.
Come hang, chop, mix, and taste your way through a 3-hour kimchi making workshop in Amsterdam.

What’s inside your kimchi? (customizable)
White cabbage, white radish, carrot, apple, spring onion, onion, shallot, garlic, ginger, saujeot shrimp, fish sauce.
🌱 Vegetarian / vegan / gluten-free option: soy sauce, miso, or tamari instead of shrimp/fish sauce.
🙅 You can skip any ingredient you don’t like.
Important deets ⚠️
🛍️ Bring a strong bag – 2L jar + kimchi = ~4kg
👕 Wear old or dark clothes (chili paste = spicy + stainy)
🚫 No walk-ins or day-of payments – ingredients are prepped for 12 people max
🎟️ Ticket sales close the night before the workshop @ 9 PM
💰 Price & payment
Full price: €70 per person
One ticket = one jar = one person
Couples/friends can’t share one ticket (each person makes their own jar)

🙋 About Sam (Samuel Tsang)
Sam is a multi-disciplinary Asian cooking & crafts teacher based in Amsterdam.
He grew up in West London family restaurants, trained at Leiths School of Food & Wine, and has appeared on:
