Gentle Yoga Asana Practice Accompanied by Breathwork
Ali Clair
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga practice accompanied by breathwork (prāṇāyām) to stretch, open, and prepare the body—inviting comfort, ease, and receptivity. Beginners are absolutely welcome; the practice is fully guided. Any injuries or physical limitations will be accommodated with care.

11:40 - 11:55
Guided Visualization
Erin Lamb
Next, we move into a guided visualization with drumming to shift into a liminal state—a threshold space where we become receptive and open to entering the realm of dream.

12:00 - 1:00
Introduction to Dreamwork & Practicum 1
Erin Lamb
We begin with a brief exploration of the history of dreaming and dreamwork across cultures and eras, touching on what dreams and the dreamtime have meant to people throughout the world. From there, we look at the multidimensional psyche, different types of dreams, and various approaches to dreamwork. Then we invite our own dream to join us: we write it into our dream journals and allow it to come fully alive in the room. From this shared presence, we begin the dreamwork itself.
