Welcome to DREAMA Acting LAB! Acting lovers, Actors and Thespians 💛 Here you will learn about Acting Technique from Method Acting to Dreama Method, polish your monologue for auditions and build community with people who’s dreaming the same goals. You will develop the ability to tap into your deeper self, train your awareness, imagination and creativity by learning about your instrument with sensitivity and vulnerability. Through our techniques, you will amplify your stage presence and discover how to co-exist with others through breath, while refining your body, mind, and soul to craft yourself in order to meet your character at the “intersection.” Eventually, you’ll be ready to jump into the auditions with confidence and joy for your craft! 🫸🏻✨🫷🏻
