Pet'Nat wine tasting

Join us on Saturday March 23 between 5-8pm for a tasting of Petillant Naturel wines. Petillant Naturel ("Pet'Nat") wines are sparkling wines produced by completing the fermentation in the bottle, trapping the naturally-occuring CO2 gas, which gives the wine its effervescence. We will taste Bosman Family Vineyards Chenin Blanc 2017 from South Africa, and two Italian sparklers: Il Farneto Rio Rocco Sperle Frisant 2017 from Emilia-Romagna, and Pojer e Sandri Trentino Zero Infinito 2017, from Trentino.
