Discover Bergmannkiez

Hi there! This event is in collaboration with a new meetup called Discover Berlin. It's limited to 6 attendees this time so we can reserve a spot at the bar.

Each month we choose a different neighborhood/Kiez/Stadtteil and explore 2-3 locations (usually an exhibition, local attraction, cafe or bar).

If you would like to break out of your routine and explore the city with new friends one neighborhood at a time you’re in the right place!

Before you sign up, please read the information below:

1. This meetup is intended for locals living in Berlin.

2. If you are a tourist or visitor this is probably not a good meetup for you.

3. Please only sign up if you are sure you have the time to come.

4. This is an exploration of Berlin with friends, not a tour.

5. We will have a meetup sign so that we can find each other at the first location.

6. Wir sprechen Englisch, Deutsch und viele andere Sprachen.

Discover Bergmannkiez: 5 pm/17:00 Saturday 23 October 2021

LOCATION 1 Wasserfall Viktoriapark, Katzbachstraße 10965 Berlin

Let’s meet at the waterfall in Victoria Park. Right at the top of the waterfall is the National Monument for the Liberation Wars (Preußisches Nationaldenkmal für die Befreiungskriege). Please see the arrow marked on the photo. We will also have a meetup sign so you can find the group in front of the monument. We will be here for approximately 20 minutes for everyone to meet/greet and then we will walk through the park to our second location.
