Agenda:

1. 12:00-13:00: get to the location, self-introduction, ice breaker activities, and vegetarian homemade lunch
2. 13:00-14:30: guided meditation, group discussion about mental wellbeing and self-care
3. 14:30-18:00: enjoy the sauna and hot tub and more warm conversations

(Optional: dinner and stay over if needed)

Note: Min. 4 participants, Max. 6 participants. If the one you booked is less than 4 participants 3 days ahead of the session, we will offer refund or the option to switch to another timeslot for free. Thanks for your understanding!
