Details

Where: Thane’s Table

THE PITCH
The Era of Law has been overruled, Asmodeus has been served his walking papers, and the vines of Sylvanus are officially reclaiming the world. But what happens next?
In Eventyr, player agency isn’t just about what happens at the table—it’s about the very fabric of our reality. Whether you’ve been with Hourglass Investigations since the beginning or you’ve just recently survived a run-in with any manner of horrible beastie, we want your brainpower.
We are hosting a special "Writer’s Room" session to collaboratively plot the future of our world. This is your chance to step out of your character’s boots and into the role of a world-shaper. We’ve rented out both private suites at Thane’s Table to ensure we have the space to dream big, get silly, and weave some truly epic (and potentially absurd) narratives.
WHAT WE’RE TACKLING:
- The Age of Sylvanus: Nature is back in charge, but "Balance" isn't always peaceful. How is the world changing? What happens when the wilderness swallows the cities?
- The Rogue's Gallery: Who is lurking in the shadows of the next century? We need villains who are as terrifying as they are memorable.
- Unresolved Threads: From the mysteries of Barrwater to the new Queen in Sillinesti, what stories are you dying to see play out?
- Your Legacy: What do you want to see for your characters and their factions? How can we make the next chapters of Eventyr feel like your story?
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Everyone is welcome! While this event is best enjoyed by those with a history in our games, new players with a passion for storytelling are welcome to join. Whether you love the tactical crunch of a looming war or the high-stakes drama of an interdimensional wedding, there is a seat for you at our table.
A NOTE ON LOGISTICS:
To help us structure the evening and ensure everyone’s voice is heard, please RSVP if you plan to attend. We need an accurate head count to organize the suites and prep the materials.
Let’s break the timeline together—one more time. See you there!
