Public Imbolc Ritual
Details
Imbolc is the time when we start to see the very first signs of spring. It is still winter, yet this is the time when ancient people celebrated the ewes coming into their milk just before the lambs were born. The earth is still cold and frozen, yet renewal is beginning. The days are getting longer and the land will soon awaken.
Join Paumanok Island Protogrove as we celebrate this Imbolc together as a community!
All people of good will are welcome! Family participation is encouraged.
This ritual will be indoors. We will be at Balance Mind Body Soul Inc, a metaphysical shop in Mt. Sinai. Please bring a $5 donation to help provide support for this friendly space. No one will be turned away for lack of funds!
Offerings will be provided. However, please feel free to bring personal offerings for the ancestors, nature spirits, and deities. If you have any questions please contact us! Information about ADF may be found at www.adf.org
