About us

Hello Everyone! Where did all the drum circles go in Santa Cruz?!! Well, IDK but lets bring it back and connect with others in the Spirit of Oneness and Fun… through Sacred Circle Drumming. This is a group that invites all experience levels. If you can hit a drum….. come! Children and well behaved dogs or family members are welcome. Bring your drums, shakers, or other percussion instruments and extras if you would like to share. These gatherings may also include time for food and other outdoor activities as appropriate, with respect to the Sacred Circle … because we are a go with the flow tribe, who embraces spontaneity, as the Creative Divine Source within each of us that wants to be expressed (and fed) This is a drug and alcohol free safe place to celebrate and honor our Community and Life Itself!

You may also connect with our group in Facebook, Drum Circles by the Sea.

Full Moon 🌕 Bonfire 🔥 Drum Circle @ Seascape

Seascape Beach, Sumner Avenue, Aptos, CA, US

This is a beautiful spot. It does involve a 10 minute walk down a mostly paved pathway but it's worth it!

    Map to Seascape Resort parking

Trail from parking lot to beach

Directions from Highway 1, take the San Andreas Road Exit. If coming from the south of Aptos, you will turn left to loop and go under bridge onto San Andreas Road. If you are coming from north you will turn right onto San Andreas Road. The first stop sign is Seascape Blvd, on the right, take it! It goes up a hill, then down, and straight to the Seascape Resort. You will see the ocean in front of you. Cross the railroad tracks, go left! Pass the resort, go down a small hill. Park! There is a parking lot at bottom of the little hill. There is a sign next to the path, for beach access. It's a small sign. The path is dirt, then it's paved. This is a 10 minute walk and very pretty! When you reach the sand, we will be little off to the left.

Wear layers. You may want to bring a chair or stool. Bring your own snack and drink. We will provide the wood but welcome contributions! Bring a drum and any percussion or instrument that you would like, as well as extras if you would like to share. If you do not have a drum we have extras. All skill levels are welcome. DANCING WELCOME! Friends and family welcome. That includes dogs! But mostly bring those good vibes and be ready to have a good time.

Looking forward to seeing you all!
    Peace!
