What happens when rhythm, silence, nature and the human voice come together?
Join us for a unique one-day retreat where we explore presence through drumming, humming, breath, nature and simple vocal practices.
This is not about singing beautifully or learning techniques.
It is about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself and experiencing how rhythm, vibration and nature can gently shift us from constant thinking into a deeper sense of presence.
Throughout the day we will move between moments of silence, drumming, humming, walking in nature and guided inner exploration.
Together we create a space where nothing has to be achieved, performed or fixed.

## About your facilitators
Illari Arbe was initiated into the Q'ero tradition of the Peruvian Andes. Through ritual, rhythm and her warm presence, she creates spaces that reconnect people with nature and themselves.
Zubin D. Sethna combines therapeutic awareness, voice work, rhythm and embodied practices. His work explores how breath, humming and vibration can support grounding, emotional awareness and authentic human connection.
Together they bring two complementary traditions into one shared experience.
