Living with the Trickster - Coyote Healing Weekend Retreat

Unexpected change - upending everything - what do we do with it? In this weekend retreat, we'll work with the teachings of Coyote - thought to be the Trickster in Native American tradition - to explore what we need to learn and apply in our lives. Together we'll hold ceremony, journey, drum, sing simple sacred songs, and have invitation to share from our lives & experiences to create a space for personal healing, rest, rejuvenation, or what is most needed. Along with Coyote, we'll work with the element of fire, the emotions, and the energy of summer.

Coyote teaches us to lighten up & laugh at ourselves. As we lean into our emotions & passions, we journey into ourselves to remember our purpose.

You are welcome, regardless of experience. There are no prerequisites.

We will meet at 10 am - 6 pm EDT on Saturday & 10 am - 4 pm EDT on Sunday, June 1 & 2, at a private home in Vass, North Carolina. Please bring your lunch each day. If you live outside of the area and need overnight housing, hotels are available in the area.

Special Note: This retreat dovetails with a committed & regular group practice that starts later in June & meets online through the summer, where we dive more deeply into Growth, Trust, Love, and the teachings of Coyote from the Medicine Wheel of Life. The summer online practice is especially for those who want a deeper exploration of the teachings & personal growth in a supportive group environment. Each quadrant of the Medicine Wheel offered in its corresponding season with that season's particular teachings (Spring - Eagle, Summer - Coyote, Autumn - Bear, Winter - White Buffalo).
