WHYTE NOISE "Free Spirited" Drum Circle
WELCOMES EVERYONE! To join our gently facilitated Drum Circle where you are invited to heal, release stress, change your mood, feel and contribute to a positive flow of energy, develop your creativity through self expression, enhance 'focused' meditation, trance, share, learn and listen, access your personal spiritual power, improve timing and co-ordination, build endurance and confidence, boost your immune system and be part of a non judgemental group of engaging individuals. We are are a gently woven group of inter-connected, creative spirits. All levels of drummers come together once a week, introductory and experienced, to play in-the-moment, improvised rhythms originating from our hearts.
We are a playful group who encourage and support everyone wishing to participate. Our gracious host, JAKE, provides us with a 'sacred space', Cha Island Tea House (aka the Island) where 'Free Spirits' gather to experience the joy of rhythmical beats while enjoying a unique blend of tea, coffee or beverage of your choice.
