Drumming together helps to promote balance, focus,

and harmony. Djembe drumming brings people together to celebrate Life. Come learn and share in the joy of drumming.

Group Djembe drumming classes with Brian Van Tassel.

Brian has decades of professional training and performance experience in traditional and contemporary Pan-African rhythms played on the Djembe drum. Brian is an apprentice of the late Master Djembe drummer, Fode` "Mali`Bangoura.

We will meet in the Lobby of the Brew House,
and the classes will happen primarily in the Multipurpose Room,
near the main entrance. The secondary option will be in the Music Studios in the lower level, when special events are happening in the Multipurpose room.
