Drumming & Dancing @ Borders Farm (Foster, RI)

Hello Friends,

This month we are hosting Drumming & Dancing at Borders Farm in Foster, RI!

The drumming will take place from around 2 - 4 PM, but there is a full afternoon of happenings at the farm, if you are interested. Here's a link to the full event info: https://bordersfarm.org/events-1/event-four-t59aa

This is an outdoor event, so we will send out an email by noon if we have to cancel for rain (& if you have more up-to-the-minute questions or concerns, please text Jim @ 401-941-2874). It might be a hot day, but we will be drumming in the shade of trees on the premises. More info below:

What: Drum circle with free-form dancing. Feel free to drum and/or dance as the spirit moves you. Vocal improvisation and flow arts are also welcomed (and encouraged)!

When: Sunday, August 10th from 2 PM to 4 PM

Where: Borders Farm

Foster, RI

How much: Free!

Who: All are welcome!

Bring: We've been told there are chairs, but please bring a chair if you want to make sure you have one. Bring drums/percussion/other instruments if you have some (if you don't, fear not... we have a bunch). Whatever drumming and/or dancing experience you might have (none works great!). Feel free to bring flow toys if you have them.
