​Join us for a casual Sunday morning run in Drumul Taberei Park! This is a low-pressure running group designed to get you moving. While it is a workout, the vibe is relaxed enough that many runners choose to chat along the way.

​The Schedule:

  • ​09:50 AM: Arrival. Please get here 10 minutes early so we can introduce ourselves and form groups before we start.
  • ​10:00 AM: Run Start. We run approximately 30–40 minutes.
  • ​Post-Run: Feel free to head home immediately, stay for a chat, or grab a coffee with the group.

​How we run:
We keep it casual. Mini-groups tend to form naturally based on pace, so you will always find someone running at your speed. Whether you prefer to focus on your breathing or chat with a running buddy, you are welcome here!
