Let's meet up and discuss Drupal!

Please join us for our Drupal Pretoria Meetup.

You will have the opportunity to connect with fellow users, listen to an informative talks by our guest speakers and discuss interesting topics related to Drupal.

We have two very interesting talks lined up!

Firstly Michael from Yonder will be sharing his experience with Drupal 8 theming with a talk called:

Drupal 8 Theming - Drupal 8 theme introduces many changes, notably the introduction of twig. This is an overview of everything you need to get started. including all of the moving parts of the theme layer, best practices, and a few extra tricks.

Secondly Lee will be giving us an insight to cashing with Varnish in a talk called:

Varnish and usage with Drupal - Why and how to use Varnish with Drupal. Basic benchmarking and pitfalls.

After the structured talks we will embark on the very interesting unconferencing session where you will have an opportunity to share something you found interesting or to ask a question.

Please feel free to bring along anything that you would like to share on the night, about yourself, Drupal or anything web related that you feel will benefit fellow drupalist.

The goal for our meetup is to strengthen our Drupal community ties and to network with fellow drupal-enthusiasts.
