Drupal Nieuwjaarsborrel

2017 was schitterend, met vele mooie community-activiteiten, zoals diverse sprints, DrupalJam en de Tech Talks. Ook 2018 beloofd weer een prachtjaar te worden voor Drupal!

Samen met Stichting Drupal Nederland nodigen we je uit om het nieuwe jaar in te luiden met elkaar onder het genot van een drankje. Iedereen die fan is van Drupal is van harte uitgenodigd. Er zijn drankjes genoeg en er is ruim de gelegenheid om met anderen kennis te maken en ideeën uit te wisselen.

De locatie is de Brouwerij van Stadskasteel Oudaen in Utrecht. Hier kan je ook uitstekend eten (https://www.oudaen.nl/brouwerij/#%23brouwerij_menu-kaart), dus als je gelijk uit je werk komt hoef je niet eerst wat te eten voor je naar de borrel gaat.

De eerste (ongeveer) 200 drankjes zijn op onze kosten, kom dus op tijd.

Routebeschrijving

Met OV: Oudaen is op loopafstand van Utrecht CS. Loop door winkelcentrum Hoog Catharijne en neem uitgang Vredenburg. Steek het plein over richting de KFC en volg de Lange Viestraat tot de Oude Gracht. Sla rechtsaf de Oude Gracht op, Oudaen is na enkele tientallen meters aan je rechter hand.

Met de auto: Parkeer bij Q-park La Vie, Sint Jacobsstraat 1. Loop de St. Jacobsstraat uit richting Centraal Station en sla linksaf de Lange Viestraat in (bij de Bijenkorf). Volg deze tot de Oude Gracht en sla rechtsaf. Oudaen is na enkele tientallen meters aan je rechter hand. Parkeren in Utrecht is duur, dus OV is aan te raden.

Together with Stichting Drupal Nederland we invite you to kick off the new year with some drinks. All Drupal fans are invited. There are plenty of drinks and an opportunity to meet others and exchange ideas.

The location is the brewery (brouwerij) of Stadskasteel Oudaen in Utrecht. It is also possible to have a bite to eat (https://www.oudaen.nl/brouwerij/#%23brouwerij_menu-kaart), so if you come straight from work you don't need to eat elsewhere before coming to the 'borrel'.

De first 200 (or so) drinks are on us, so be on time.

How to get there

By public transport: Oudaen is at walking distance from Utrecht Central Station. Walk through shopping mall Hoog Catharijne and take exit "Vredenburg". Go across the square towards KFC and follow the Lange Viestraat until you come to the Oude Gracht. Turn right at the Oude Gracht. Oudaen is on your right after several dozen meters.

By car: Parc at the Q-Park La Vie, Sint Jacobsstraat 1. Walk along the St. Jacobsstraat in the direction of the central station until you come to the Lange Viestraat (Bijenkort is at the corner). Follow this until you get to the Oude Gracht (bridge). Turn right. Oudaen is on your right after several dozen meters.
