GovCMS on Lagoon, Docker for Developers

The Department of Finance has recently announced the new platform hosting plans for GovCMS. Thom Toogood from amazee.io will demonstrate the Lagoon platform and how GovCMS will work with it. Elliot Mitchum will also present on Docker for Developers.

This meetup will be available as a Google "Meet". Anybody can join remotely and can ask questions at the conclusion of the presentation.

GovCMS on Lagoon, Thom Toogood
The new GovCMS hosting platform will be managed by Salsa Digital and amazee.io from Septemeber 2018. Thom Toogood, GovCMS Platform Architect, will provide an overview of the new platform and how GovCMS sites will be deployed and hosted on it.

Docker for Developers, Elliot Mitchum
Elliot will be giving a quick introduction to Docker, its benefits and how to build your own image and pass it around your team.
