The holiday season is here—a whirlwind of family dynamics, never-ending to-do lists, and the pressure to make everything perfect. Maybe you’re managing the emotional weight of keeping everyone happy, dodging awkward conversations at the dinner table, or making sure your kids have the picture-perfect holiday experience everyone seems to expect. By the time the day ends, that glass of red wine feels like the only way to take the edge off. But maybe one glass turns into two, then three—and instead of feeling better, you wake up drained, anxious, and wondering if there’s a better way to cope.
I'm Kristine, a local therapist, and this January, I’m hosting a sober curious group for womxn who want to hit pause, explore their relationship with alcohol, and start the new year feeling refreshed. It’s a space to connect with others who get it, share your story, and explore new ways to care for yourself. Join us in Fort Collins. I’d love for you to be part of this supportive community!
