Based in West Michigan, our events are centered around fitness, yoga, dancing, music and socializing, so no matter what you’re into, we have something for everyone. We strive to create an inviting atmosphere where people can come together and enjoy each other’s company, without any of the negative consequences of alcohol consumption. We’re excited to introduce a new way to kick off your weekend at Forever Young Studios! Every Friday, we’re hosting "Friday Nights at the Bar" from 5:30-7:00 PM.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
Half-priced drop-ins – If you or a guest wants to stop by for a one-off session, it's only half the cost. Register HERE or bring $10 cash, Venmo or CashApp
Focus on skilled kettlebell, barbell, or bodyweight exercises – It's the perfect opportunity to refine your skills and take your strength training to the next level.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL:
I am so excited for this event. With local and international dj's and artist, it's going to be bigger and better than last year! You're invited to join us at the Return to the River Music & Art Festival! The free, all-ages event features tons of live music, stunning live art, traveling art installations, an artisan market, food trucks and more! Costumes not required, but encouraged.
DATE & TIME: August 23, 2025, from 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
LOCATION: Meet us at 555 Monroe under the shade tent. The festival sprawls over Sixth Street Park and the Sixth Street Bridge as well. These are all connected and within walking distance.
WHAT TO EXPECT: International and Local Art Installations• Live Music and Entertainment• Local Artisan Market• Local Food Trucks• Free Activities and more!

THIS IS A DOG-FRIENDLY EVENT: Please use your best judgment when deciding to bring your dog to this event. If they are reactive towards other dogs or people, it's probably best to leave them at home.
GETTING TO THE FESTIVAL: Parking at street meters is recommended. Meters east of Division Avenue are free after 5 pm. Meters west of Division Avenue charge until 6 PM (download the "MOTU" app to pay by credit card). View additional parking options HERE.
