What we’re about
Barrier-free Self-Exploration Group for Humans + Companion Animals
Meeting online from Dryden, Ontario – open to all who resonate
The Barrier-free Self Exploration Group for Humans is a virtual gathering space for people curious about the deeper layers of their inner world, their relational patterns, and the challenges of being human in a fragmented world. Whether you are navigating change, craving meaningful dialogue, or simply seeking a place to reflect and be reflected—this space is curated for you.
What We Offer:
A confidential, respectful, and gently facilitated online circle
Shared inquiry into topics like identity, boundaries, nervous system health, intuition, grief, joy, and more
Practices to support grounding, clarity, and emotional attunement
A trauma-informed approach rooted in equity, consent, and kindness
Space for neurodivergent, emotionally sensitive, and non-normative thinkers and feelers to show up authentically
Our Format:
30 to 90-minute Zoom-based sessions
Monthly or biweekly gatherings (based on group interest)
Reflective prompts, optional sharing, and group dialogue
Occasional guest facilitators or themed sessions
Optional writing or creative exercises between sessions
Who It’s For:
Humans. That means you—if you’re feeling called. No need to be “fixed,” polished, or extroverted. We welcome those living in remote places, those in transition, and those holding stories they haven’t had space to explore elsewhere.
What It’s Not:
This is not therapy, diagnosis, or debate. It’s not for performance or self-promotion. It’s an honest, evolving container where people come together to collaborate and deepen their self-understanding in good company.
