IWD (International Women's Day) FUNAAB 2018

International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action to encourage more women to embrace technology.

We are excited about the contributions women in technology are making across the world. We hope to recognize their influence in the tech industry and encourage other women in FUNAAB to join us.

Objective of the event:

• To inspire young women to pursue a career in technology.
• To motivate and encourage the younger ladies to aspire to be great
  women in tech.
• To provide a platform for attendees to interact with reputable women in
  the tech industry
• To display technology career in a presentable way to women, with the
  aim of increasing adoption.
