About Laura
Laura is a Design Leader with 10+ years experience in Digital Design across Agency and Enterprise shops, working in Visual Design, User Experience Design, Product, Strategy (or any combination of those roles). She's particularly obsessed with Design Systems, Design Operations and creating consistent, effective brand experiences across multiple devices & platforms. She also uses her fondness of planning and systems into her love of quilting during her spare time.

Eduardo is the Director of Global Design Systems at Scotiabank. His purpose is to help transform the world into a happier place for everyone, and that’s why he’s passionate about unlocking the exponential power Design Systems have, to enable organizations in building world-class digital experiences that everyone loves. Eduardo moved from Peru early this year and is constantly playing with local ingredients to continue learning how to cook delicious Peruvian food that also brings joyful moments to the table.
