Inside Design Systems: Radius (Rangle)

Design Systems Community Chapter (DSCC) Toronto is proud to host our first meetup of 2021. This year we’ve decided to try out a new format of spotlighting various design systems in our community.

Inside Design Systems is a series dedicated to bringing together teams who represent or advocate a particular design system.

This March spotlight will be on Radius. Rangle.io’s design system. They will share their perspective of building design systems from the agency side.

Meet our guests:

Mitch McCulloch; Agile Quality Analyst
Mitch McCulloch is an Agile Quality Analyst at Rangle, and has worked on with a number major clients on shaping the quality practice for their design systems. Mitch has 6 years of experience working with agile teams to ensure quality is a consistent practice throughout the product delivery pipeline.

Nick Adams; Software Developer
Nick Adams is a Developer on Rangle’s Technology team. Currently working on a design system for one of our clients, he can speak to current and past experience with building design systems for clients, and how Rangle ensures a smooth handoff to our clients when our engagements are complete.

Rebecca Holland; Senior Manager, Content Strategy
Rebecca Holland is the Senior Manager, Content Strategy at Rangle. Prior to this position, Rebecca was a UX Copywriter and Content Designer at Rangle, working with two major clients on creating documentation for their design systems.

Katrina Rempel, Lead Experience Designer
Katrina Rempel is the Lead Experience Designer at Rangle. One of the first UX designers to join Rangle, Katrina has shaped the design and research practice for the company, and is also a leading advocate for accessibility.

Matthew Giesa; Product Manager
After 7 years as a software developer Mathew moved into product management with a single goal to help teams deliver real value to customers. He works with Rangle's teams to understand user needs, business needs, and develop success criteria.

Mathew's helped scale design systems across teams and working with them to align their organization around a single system.
