Deploying a Cloud GPU Instance with Terraform to run OpenAI's gpt-oss-20b

I will demonstrate the deployment of a cloud GPU instance using Terraform IaC to run OpenAI's gpt-oss-20b with Transformers.

The cloud provider will either be OVH this time, with a fallback on DigitalOcean if there is a lack of availability.

The first 30 minutes will be for conversations and networking. The presentation itself will be recorded and streamed to YouTube.
